The end of another week here at AAPN and what a week it has been!
This week we saw both of our upcoming events in the Carolinas sell out - both the second staging of the Carolina Mill Tour and the Carolina Regional in Charlotte. We are truly looking forward to both of these events and are delighted so many of you are too.
We were glad to see AAPN members getting more much deserved recognition this week, with AAPN member George C Moore being awarded a Supplier of the Year award from (AAPN member) Fruit of the Loom, and AAPN member Avery Dennison winning a prestigious design award for a rather stunning apparel label. We also loved seeing the results of the innovative design contest AAPN member Haggar Clothing Co. and our own Tony Anzovino created to find the next recruit to their amazing design team.
Elsewhere on the blog we continued our series of profiles of AAPN women with Jill Coleman of Alavanon and Mike took a look at the issue of the next era of globalization.
