So, how many young people today, in every link in our chain and elsewhere, have the support to experience and learn from their bad judgments, their mistakes? Not many managers go by Miles Davis philosophy of, “there are no mistakes”.

There are. I’ve made enough for 2 lifetimes. Ones that make me cringe. But I’m here. And so are you. Fail small. Fail early. It’s OK. Here are some good ones to remember:
