Sheilagh is the Director,Commodity Management at Flex- Apparel, & Soft Goods in Irving, Texas and brings to the table a wealth of experience including all of the following:
•Successful leader with strong strategic supply chain experience that includes product development, retail sales supplier landscape & management
•Experienced in strategic planning & management of supply chains for “branded apparel” and licensed Product Companies. Included sourcing & product development for global brands & licensed divisions in the Americas UK, EU, Australia and Asia. Too include manufacturing, quality customs compliance & logistics. (Nike, Dickies Walmart, Kohls, Target, and Hart Marx)
•Strength in leading and managing supply chain cross functional teams through product/technical development, and quality creating product lines for multi-channel markets, while maintaining global brand standards and KPI metrics.
•Category experience with Apparel/Textiles, Footwear/Foam, Rubber, TPU, Synthetic leather, bonded materials for molded products. Gloves-TPU, Non-latex , Accessories & Home, Tech Wearables & Medical Devices
